Dropshipping is a great way to sell jewelry-making supplies online without holding inventory or managing fulfillment. At Continental Bead Suppliers, we offer two different ways to dropship, depending on the platform you use.

The best option for you depends on whether you are using Shopify or a non-Shopify platform such as Etsy, your own website, or social marketplaces.

Below, we’ll explain both methods clearly, so you can choose the one that fits your business best.

Option 1: Shopify Collective (Recommended for Shopify Stores)

If your store is built on Shopify, the best and most automated way to dropship our products is through Shopify Collective.

Shopify Collective allows approved retailers to connect directly with us inside Shopify and automatically sync products to their store.

How Shopify Collective Works

  • You install the Shopify Collective app

  • You request access to dropship our products inside the app

  • Once approved, products sync directly to your Shopify store

  • When you make a sale, the order is automatically sent to us for fulfillment

  • We ship directly to your customer using white-label shipping

Option 2: Traditional Dropshipping (For Non-Shopify Sellers)

If you are not using Shopify, our traditional dropshipping method is the correct option.

This method is commonly used by sellers on:

  • Etsy

  • Custom websites (WooCommerce, Wix, Squarespace, etc.)

  • Facebook Marketplace

  • Instagram and social selling platforms

This approach gives you full flexibility over where and how you sell.

How Traditional Dropshipping Works

Step 1: List Our Products on Your Platform

You list our products on your selling platform using our:

  • Product images

  • Descriptions

  • Pricing

You can save product images by right-clicking on them and choosing “Save Image As…”, then upload them to your platform. Descriptions and pricing can be copied and pasted directly from our site or CSV file.

A product CSV file is available upon request for approved dropshipping partners.

Step 2: Make a Sale

When a customer purchases from your store:

  • You collect payment on your platform

  • From the customer’s perspective, they are buying directly from your business

Step 3: Place the Dropship Order with Us

After you make a sale:

  1. Place an order on our website for the same product

  2. Enter your customer’s shipping address at checkout

  3. In the order notes, include:
    “This is a dropship”

This tells our fulfillment team to process the order correctly.

Step 4: White-Label Fulfillment

We ship the order directly to your customer:

  • Using a custom shipping label with your business name and return address

  • With no Continental Bead Suppliers branding or paperwork inside the package

To your customer, the order appears to ship directly from you.

Important Notes for Traditional Dropshipping

Inventory & Availability

  • Inventory quantities are not shared

  • Availability can change at any time

  • If an item is out of stock, it is the seller’s responsibility to contact their customer

  • Items may be restocked or discontinued at our discretion

  • Some items listed in CSV files may already be discontinued

Pricing

  • Wholesale pricing may vary by product

  • Pricing is subject to change at any time

  • Sellers are responsible for setting their own retail prices and accounting for platform fees and expenses

Shipping

  • Shipping times are estimates only

  • Sellers should not guarantee delivery dates to customers

  • Carrier delays are outside of our control

Returns

  • Sellers are responsible for their own customer return policies

  • We accept returns only in accordance with our return policy

  • Certain items (custom, clearance, discontinued) may be non-returnable

Which Dropshipping Method Is Right for You?

Use Shopify Collective if:

  • You have a Shopify store

  • You want automation and easy scaling

Use Traditional Dropshipping if:

  • You sell on Etsy or a non-Shopify platform

  • You want full control over listings and platforms
