You can submit a return request within 30 days of the shipment date. Please note, we are unable to refund shipping charges or accept returns on Sale (clearance) items.

Item Condition:

To be eligible for a return, items must be unopened and in their original packaging. We regret that we cannot offer refunds for items that have been used, such as cut chain or opened packages.

For those returning items from several orders, please ensure each order has its own return authorization form. To ensure accurate credit processing, keep items from different orders separated and clearly marked with the corresponding return code.

Exchanges:

Due to security reasons, we do not offer direct exchanges as we do not keep credit card information on file for all retail customers. However, we are more than willing to issue a refund for any returned items that meet our criteria. Feel free to place a new order for any additional items you desire.
